Past Events

There is absolutely nothing I love more than holding events and creating personal connections with other incredible women.  All of my events have the common themes of self-love, health, and empowerment.  I have found that when women come together to lift and inspire, nothing is more powerful.

I wanted to create this page to for those who are considering attending an event. This will allow you to see what we experience and create as a sisterhood. Every event I plan has a whole lot of my heart and soul infused into it.  I'm so grateful & blessed that this is my life ...

I hope to see YOU at a future event and if you've been .... keep comin back :)

Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop

Seattle, WA & Birmingham, MI

October & November  2017

I held a Mindfulness & Meditation workshop in both Seattle, WA and Birmingham, MI and both were equally as amazing! We spent 3 hours exploring 5 different kinds of meditation as well as ways to live a more mindful life. We connected to ourselves through journaling and had open group conversations that lead to many bonding and sharing opportunities.

I can't wait to have more workshops like this in the future!

Unplug for Self Love Retreat

Saugatuck, MI

October 2018

At this Unplug for Self Love retreat we:  Connected with our minds, bodies, and spirits. We explored aspects of our self-care and left with an action plan to live our best lives. We stayed in a gorgeous home nestled in the woods of Saugatuck, MI where we connected with nature, bonded in front of cozy fires, hot-tubbed under the stars and enjoyed quiet reflection time.

We laughed, cried, shared, and left with new friendships and lasting memories. We arrived as strangers and left as sisters.
